Q1: After i select a video file in and click the "Run" button, a dialog shows and lists the uncompatible dvd video files. What does this mean? What should i do next?

A1: After i select a video file in and click the [Run] button, a dialog shows and lists the uncompatible dvd video files. What does this mean? What should i do next?
The files listing are not dvd compatible or do not have the same video framerate. We should convert them into dvd compatible pal/ntsc mpeg format before authorize them into dvd image(VIDEO_TS). You can convert all the uncompatible files using build-in Aurora Video Converter and select back the converted files again. Follow the steps below to do:
step1: Click [Converter] button to run [Aurora Video Converter]
step2: Select in the files lising below in [Aurora Video Converter]
step3: Select output format[DVD-PAL/NTSC] and start to convert files
step4: Select in the converted files as source files in[Aurora DVD Creator] and start to create DVD again.

A2: Can not find any DVD-R in DVD driver, why?
Please check if another application which also uses DVD driver is running, if so,stop that application,then click the [Refresh] button.

A3: Click [Erase] button and erase a DVDRW disc, why the [Start] button is gray or disabled?
Please click [Refresh] button.

A4: Can i authorize video files and save video dvd image to harddisk?
You can select and set path to a harddisk directory.

Q5: I have some video dvd stored on my harddisk. Can i burn them using your software?
You can burn the video dvd image to writable dvd disc using build-in Video DVD Burner. Click here for more information.
