A1: I have a wmv format video. First, I convert it into vcd-pal format using the Video Converter, then i select the converted file and burn it to vcd disc using the VCD Creator. Why was it converted again in the VCD Creator before writting CD-R disc?
The VCD Creator will convert all files into vcd compatible mpeg1 format before actually writting disc. So, we suggest you need not convert files from wmv, avi or other formats.

A2: I have an avi format video. Does the VCD Creator supportted burn avi format video to CD-R disc? Must i convert it first?
The VCD Creator does support burn avi format as well as mpeg, wmv, RM, MOV formats into CD-R. Before the VCD Creator writting disc, it will convert all the files automatically. You should NOT convert files using other program or software.

A3: What do the red and yellow marker in the time ruler mean?
Normally, a blank CD-R can store no more than 80 minutes video. The red marker in the time ruler is the 80 minutes deathline. We would disable all the next steps if user selected more than 80 minutes video. The yellow line is thee 74 minutes marker. We strongly suggest not adding video exceeding this yellow line for the safity of successfully writting CD-R.

A4: Click [Erase] button and erase a CDRW disc, why the [Start] button is gray or disabled?
